Build internal project management capability

In the wake of recent scandals involving big consulting firms, there's a pressing need - particularly for government agencies - to build internal capability around core functions, including project and program management. For in-house delivery, we can customise the program to include bespoke case studies, involve internal guest speakers, point learners to internal methodology assets, and integrate your project management tools & templates with work-based assessment tasks.

Your people are probably already "accidental project managers"

Most professionals are  “accidental project managers.” They've built a successful career in their field but now face the challenge of managing projects that demand new skills and involve other technical domains. This training will help you deliver results on time and within budget, to satisfied stakeholders.

Boost talent retention and team performance

Talent retention is a critical factor in organisational success. Investing in a long-term professional development program that is relevant to everyone's role and fosters positive relationships with colleagues, is a great way to reduce staff churn and develop a high-performing culture. Our Diploma of Project Management includes peer-coaching and "shadow sessions" that actively drive this culture.
