Course Duration
This interactive and highly engaging course involves attending 12 half-day training sessions attended either online or in-person (with the option of attending all sessions online). An 8-week break between modules provides time to apply what you've learned and submit four Module Assessments, making the overall course duration approximately 12 months.

This 12-month program is faster a standard Diploma qualification due to the pre-requisite that learners have at least 1 year of experience working on projects.

Have at least one-year experience managing projects (or phases/work packages within them)​
