Award winning training

The Diploma program was customised for Thales Australia by integrating organisational processes, tools and templates in assessment tasks; involving managers in on-the-job application of new capabilities; and guest presentations from the PMO and internal SMEs.

The entire program was converted for online delivery in response to the coronavirus pandemic at the start of 2020 and delivered with fantastic feedback from students, their managers and business stakeholders, with a 100% completion rate.

The program was recognised as a Finalist in the Australian Defence Industry Awards for Best Training & Mentoring Program of 2020
